Somarasa (120+ ingredients – Macro & Micro nutrients, minerals, vitamins, enzymes and peptides) with BCAA and Amino 10 (Builds immunity) Take one scoop (30 grams) of Somarasa with two scoops (10 grams) of BCAA & and two scoops (10 grams) of Amino 10.

Boil the water and put them in the boiling water, boil it up to 100 degrees centigrade) Drink 3 to 4 times a day

Herbal tea (small pinch) in boiled water with turmeric oil,with two drops of vaporisor oil (one or two drops) Drink 3 to 4 times a day

Skin oil – take few drops and apply it on hands, face and entire body to keep bacteria ,fungus,virus ,insects to keep away

Nashya / Sneeze powder – small pinch of powder to be inhaled through both the nostrils (twice a day) (anything less than 0.3 microns in size also will come out through few sneezes)Excellent to clear entire respiratory track
